This project empowered disabled individuals to reach their full potential while fostering social cohesion between disabled and non-disabled youth. Key pillars included the Pay-It-Forward Ambassadors Programme for leadership development, creative craft workshops for social and life skills, and bi-monthly home visits that provided tailored support strategies for families living with autistic children. There were 260 direct participants, including 200 youth ambassadors, 12–15 parents, 26 crafters, and 11 families receiving specialised home visits. As a direct result of LIFSA funding, four new Ambassador groups were established in 2024 in Soshanguve and Johannesburg. The organisation also holds special consultative status to the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), allowing for global advocacy for disability inclusion.
