This project utilised the transformative power of the performing arts to confront gender-based violence, integrating musical theatre and community dialogues to inspire social change.

The initiative engaged the Katlehong community through interactive workshops, street theatre, and a powerful production featuring survivor stories to promote GBV prevention and healthy relationships. By facilitating safe spaces for dialogue and establishing strategic partnerships with local media, the project empowered survivors to speak out and mobilised residents to build a safer community. 1,822 visible beneficiaries (including 1,800 community participants) and approximately 50,000 digital beneficiaries via social media were targeted by the project.
